How to Schedule an Appointment

  • Log in to your Patient Portal account
  • Navigate to the Appointments section
  • Click on “Schedule Appointment”
  • Select your preferred provider from the available options
  • Choose an available date and time slot from the calendar
  • Confirm your appointment details
  • Submit your appointment request You’ll receive a confirmation notification once your appointment is scheduled.

How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

  • Log in to your Patient Portal account
  • Navigate to the Appointments section
  • Locate your upcoming appointment in the list
  • Select “Reschedule” or “Cancel” option
  • If rescheduling, select a new date and time
  • Confirm your changes Please note that cancellations may be subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy.
