How to Schedule an Appointment
- Log in to your Patient Portal account
- Navigate to the Appointments section
- Click on “Schedule Appointment”
- Select your preferred provider from the available options
- Choose an available date and time slot from the calendar
- Confirm your appointment details
- Submit your appointment request You’ll receive a confirmation notification once your appointment is scheduled.
How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
- Log in to your Patient Portal account
- Navigate to the Appointments section
- Locate your upcoming appointment in the list
- Select “Reschedule” or “Cancel” option
- If rescheduling, select a new date and time
- Confirm your changes Please note that cancellations may be subject to the clinic’s cancellation policy.
