To add new measurements to the chart note, click “Manage” in the Measurements section. Measurements are divided into industry standard types (”Observation”, “Inspection”, etc) as well as groups. Custom groups and measurements can be added from the EHR Preferences page. Simply check the boxes for your selected measurements, and click Save to add them to your note.
