The Messages page lets you instantly chat with colleagues or groups (upto 10 people), share files, and even ask Athelas AI. Click on the Messages tab within Utilities in the left navigation bar. **Note: **Messages to Patients can only be sent if your practice has turned on the Patient Portal as well.

Start a Conversation

  • Go to the Messages page.
  • Click the pencil icon to start a new thread.
  • Use the search bar to find and select colleagues.
  • Type your message and/or add attachments. Send Message Pn

Notifications

When you have new messages, notifications will appear in two places:
  • A red dot on the notification center (bell icon) in the header of any page.
  • A blue dot on the Messages page itself.

  • General Notifications
  • New Messages
  • New Pharmacy Requests or Medication Prescription Tasks
  • Tasks
