Logins sometimes fail. When that happens, these are the first troubleshooting solutions to try.

What To Do When Your Login Fails

1. Reset Your Password

Click the Forgot Password? button.

Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send to receive a reset link.

Find the email and click the link to reset your password. The email may be in your Spam folder, so check there if you can’t find it in your inbox.

Next, create a new password and retype it to confirm. Be sure to follow the password requirements listed (for reference, ‘special characters’ include !@#$% and so on).

Then click Confirm Password Reset.

Done! Try out your new password. If it doesn’t work, time to move on to the One-Time Password (OTP) option.

2. One-Time Password (OTP)

Click Sign in with OTP.

Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Send to receive a one-time password.

Find the email with the OTP code, then copy the code into the OTP Sign-In window. Click Login.

Done!

If that doesn’t work, try using Google sign-in.

3. Sign in with Google

Click Continue with Google. If you previously created your Insights account with Google authentication, this will open Insights in one click.
