The appointment management feature allows you to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointments online.

How to Schedule an Appointment

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal account

  2. Navigate to the Appointments section

  3. Click on "Schedule Appointment"

  4. Select your preferred provider from the available options

  5. Choose an available date and time slot from the calendar

  6. Confirm your appointment details

  7. Submit your appointment request

You'll receive a confirmation notification once your appointment is scheduled.

How to Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal account

  2. Navigate to the Appointments section

  3. Locate your upcoming appointment in the list

  4. Select "Reschedule" or "Cancel" option

  5. If rescheduling, select a new date and time

  6. Confirm your changes

Please note that cancellations may be subject to the clinic's cancellation policy.
