The payment management feature allows you to view your account balance, make payments, and access billing statements.

  • Practice creates a charge for a patient in Air

  • Patient views and pays the charge in the portal

How to Make a Payment

  1. Log in to your Patient Portal account

  2. Navigate to the Payments or Billing section

  3. View your current account balance and outstanding invoices

  4. Select "Make a Payment"

  5. Choose the charge(s) you want to pay

  6. Select your payment method:

    • Credit/debit card

    • Bank account (ACH)

    • Health savings account (HSA)

  7. Enter your payment details

  8. Review the payment amount and details

  9. Submit your payment

You'll receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email.

Viewing Payment History

  1. Navigate to the Payments section

  2. Select "Payment History"

  3. View a list of all previous payments

  4. Download or print receipts as needed

Features not Supported in Patient Portal:

  • Reviewing lab results

  • Reviewing medication statuses

  • Messaging with patients directly

  • Seeing upcoming, or past, appointments or forms

  • Enter in a waitlist for an appointment

  • Approval process for appointments scheduled/rescheduled by the patient

  • Initiate conversations with Providers they have an appointment coming up with
