You get two tables in one file, a **summary** (by provider and line item, with patient paid, fees, and net received) and a **raw** view (transaction-level detail: transaction ID, patient, facility, date posted, provider, line item, amounts). Date filtering is by **Date Posted** (when the payment was posted). Use it for provider productivity, compensation, or reconciliation by provider and payment type. #### Notes * **Date Range Type** is **Date Posted** only. #### Filters Supported * Date Range Type: Date Posted * Start Date / End Date * Providers * Report Format (CSV or XLSX)
